Hello and welcome to Valentine, Zimmerman & Zimmerman, P.A. We are a Kansas
law firm practicing collection law and creditor-side bankruptcy.
The Federal Trade Commission has noted in its
2007 Annual Report that it "recognizes that the timely payment of debts
is important to creditors and that the debt collection industry offers useful
assistance toward that end." It should be no surprise that we agree with that
position and strive daily to provide "useful assistance" to our entire
community - creditor and consumer alike - to keep costs low by ensuring debts
are repaid.
If you're a consumer who has gotten one of our collection notices or has been
sued by us, it's understandable that you might be upset. We ask simply that
you work with us and give us an opportunity to help you meet your obligations.
